Warning:  Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, it's a federal crime to fake a service dog.  As of 2015, it became a 2nd degree felony in Florida.  Unlike restaurants and other places of business, as landlords we reserve the legal right to require proof of required papers, training, and documents from local physicians.  Simply ordering forms online is not considered proof.  We've called the ADA and there is no such thing as a National Registry - that's an online scam to charge you money and help you to commit fraud against uninformed landlords and business owners.  According to the ADA, "emotional support animals" do not qualify as Service Animals under the ADA guidelines. 

To see photos of our properties, do an internet search for the addresses and select one of our internet ads.  (We advertise on many of "the usual sites" such as Realtor.com, Apartments.com, Rent.com, etc.) Apologies for the extra step. You're strongly encouraged to get on our waiting list, as most properties are renting before we even post them.
